You will need to bring your normal change bag plus a small towel, either a hand-towel or baby towel for your baby to lie on. I will provide everything else you will need.
-
Yes. All of my classes are completely baby led. Their needs come first, whether that is a nappy change, feed or cuddle. Baby changing facilities are also available.
-
If your baby is asleep then please still come to the class, however you will not be able to massage your baby as this is a contraindication to massage. You will still be able to observe the strokes being taught or could practice on a demonstration doll if you would prefer.

-
Yes, of course. You might like to bring another care giver too (Dad or a grandparent) so that both babies can be massaged.
-
If your baby has a contagious illness, sickness or diarrhea then you will not be able to attend the class. All strokes are recapped each week, so you will still get the opportunity to learn and practice them the following week.
